The training started after a collaboration between KSDC and International Skill Development Corporation was inked in the last week of October, and it is expected to last six months.

Doctors at the KLES Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital, Belagavi, have saved the life of three infants by performing innovative medical procedures and avoiding surgery.
The process was accomplished by passing a small guidewire through the femoral artery using a balloon. The narrowed aorta was enlarged to the extent that it could supply blood to the body. The baby showed steady recovery and the patient was discharged from the hospital without any complications. By the end of January 2022, citizens in Karnataka can dial 112 to report cyber crime 24×7. At present, helpline of the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (155260) of the Ministry of Home Affairs is available between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
“We are working on co-locating 112 with 15520 and make the service of reporting cyber crime 24X7. In another two months, people across Karnataka can call 112 to immediately report cyber crime,” Director General and Inspector General of Police Praveen Sood told The Hindu.
