St. Agnes College (Autonomous) Mangaluru, India, is a Premier Catholic Educational Institution founded on 2 July 1920 by a great visionary Mother Mary Aloysia, the second superior general of the Apostolic Carmel Congregation.
The Apostolic Carmel Congregation was founded in 1868 in France by Venerable Mother Veronica. It was transplanted at St Ann’s Convent, Mangaluru, India in the year 1870.
