Three lawyers have been appointed as Additional Judges of the Karnataka High Court. The Ministry of Justice issued a notification appointing Anant Ramanath Hegde, Siddaiah Rachaiah and Kannankuzhyil Sreedharan Hemalekha as Additional Judges, on Wednesday, following the assent of the President. With these appointments, the working strength of judges in the HC has been increased to 46, as against the sanctioned strength

Dr. Ajaikumar, for now, is a winner and being a Mysurean, we must feel proud of him. I should vouch for his humane healthcare service to Mysureans and to the cancer patients from around Mysuru by establishing his first designated cancer hospital, known as ‘Bharath Cancer Hospital’ in Hebbal. It was a Godsend those days. Even now it is the hospital of the first call for poor cancer patients.
